We are a family run business specialize in developing luxury pool villas with spacious, modern open-layout design. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, having built over 400 homes, and successfully sold out our previous development in Hua Hin, The Gold, The Lees, and The Avenue. After several months of research, and looking at many houses we decided to purchase a 3 bedroom house at Meedee Homes. There is a saying which goes “buy the seller”. We met the seller on our first visit and we got a good feeling, which turned out to be 100% correct. The seller is very solution minded and easy going. We are located just 12 kilometers from the center of Hua Hin and it’s beaches, world class golf courses, and its renowned restaurants. Conveniently accessible via the Soi 112 road and beside the highway to Bangkok, this peaceful area, surrounded by Thailand’s scenic natural landscapes and mountain views, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking both tranquility and luxury.

Construction began in July 2024, and we have already sold 30 of the 80 homes. Our development features a diverse selection of villa designs, ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, with plot sizes between 500 and 800 sqm. We also offer flexibility to customize the home’s design to match personal preferences.

All our villas come fully equipped with everything you see, from the mobile/remote controlled gate to the full fitted European kitchen. The only exception is loose furniture; however, we offer a specially discounted, fully furnished package at Beautiful World.

We have one of the lowest common fees of 18,000 baht per year, this is for rubbish collection and 24 hour security. Electricity and water fees are paid directly to the government, keeping things simple and easy.
